The primary reason I give for eating vegan is that my doctor said I will need another bypass surgery if I don’t. I t has absolutely nothing to do with the poor little creatures, or social commentary, or anything other than a burning desire to improve my health. Still, it isn’t easy, and I have to keep asking myself, “what am I going to eat’?
I’m looking at it as a meal by meal proposition. I start to panic about lunch as soon as I finish breakfast.
Is there an instruction book for this??
